Honestly, I thought that "equal or higher" in the dependency setting of the package would automatically pull the highes available version:

Apparently I was wrong and NuGet actually downloads the exact version only.
Mind you that WixSharp.Lab doesn't require the core binaries higher than v1.0.30.1. Though if for what ever reason you need that latest binaries of WixSharp.bin package you can always update this package explicitly.
Anyway it was a mistake and now it is corrected and WixSharp.Lab now depends on the latest WixSharp.bin.

Correct. There was no changes in WixSharp.Msi.dll since v1.0.2.0.
