New Post: Application and Application Pool doesn't delete on uninstallation

my installer create web application under some parent web site, create apppool for this application.
"First version" of my installer was made not from template and on uninstallation it removed files, web application and apppool from the box.

Now I switched to Managed Setup - Custom Dialog project and on uninstallation it deletes only files. :(

How to make it delete web application and app pool?
